1. How to Submit a Request

All return, exchange, refund, and warranty requests must be submitted exclusively through our website chat support.

Requests submitted through email, social media, comments, or other channels may not be processed.

Every request must include:

  • Order number
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Clear product photos in JPG or PNG format
  • Videos when applicable

Requests without sufficient supporting evidence may be delayed, denied, or require additional review.


2. Review & Approval Process

All requests are reviewed individually by our support team.

No refund, exchange, replacement, store credit, warranty claim, or return authorization is processed automatically.

Every request is subject to review and approval before any resolution is provided.

Velo Cycling Store reserves the right to:

  • Approve the request
  • Request additional information
  • Deny the request if eligibility requirements are not met

3. Change of Mind

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may contact us within 3 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

The delivery date will be verified using the carrier's tracking information.

To be eligible for review, products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • Returned with original packaging whenever possible

Once approved, customers may choose one of the following options:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Exchange for another product
  • Store Credit

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any expenses associated with returning the item.

Requests submitted more than 3 days after delivery are not eligible under the Change of Mind policy.


4. Wrong Size Ordered

If the incorrect size was ordered, customers may request assistance within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.

The delivery date will be verified using the carrier's tracking information.

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached

Approved size-related requests may be resolved through:

  • Exchange for the same product in another available size
  • Store Credit equal to the purchase value

Refunds to the original payment method are not available for size-related requests.

Size exchanges remain subject to stock availability.

Velo Cycling Store may provide a return shipping label at its discretion after reviewing the request.

Providing a return label is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


5. Defective Products

Products with manufacturing defects may be reported within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.

Customers must provide clear photos and videos demonstrating the defect.

Photos must be submitted in JPG or PNG format.

After approval, customers may choose one of the following resolutions:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Replacement Product
  • Exchange Product
  • Store Credit

Approved defective product claims qualify for return shipping at no cost to the customer.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied or require additional information.


6. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item different from what was ordered, you must contact us within 3 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

Customers must provide:

  • Photos of the item received
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label when requested

Photos must be submitted in JPG or PNG format.

Once approved, customers may choose:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Replacement Product
  • Exchange Product
  • Store Credit

Approved incorrect-item claims qualify for return shipping at no cost to the customer.

Requests submitted more than 3 days after delivery may not qualify for review.


7. Electronic Products Warranty

Electronic products purchased from Velo Cycling Store include a 90-day warranty beginning on the confirmed delivery date.

Customers must submit clear photos and videos demonstrating the malfunction.

Photos must be provided in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.

After approval, customers may choose one of the following resolutions:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Replacement Product
  • Exchange Product
  • Store Credit

Approved warranty claims qualify for return shipping at no cost to the customer.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Improper installation
  • Improper use
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance

8. Promotional & Discounted Products

Products purchased during promotional campaigns, clearance events, special offers, discount programs, or any reduced-price sale are considered Final Sale.

Promotional and discounted products are not eligible for exchanges related to:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Fit preference
  • Personal preference
  • Change of mind

Defective products, incorrect items, and valid warranty claims remain eligible for review under the applicable sections of this policy.


9. Underwear & Intimate Apparel

For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear and intimate apparel are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, store credit, or replacement.

This restriction applies regardless of whether the item has been worn.

Please carefully review sizing information before placing your order.


10. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Products that have been washed
  • Products without original tags
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Underwear and intimate apparel

11. Return Authorization

Please do not send products back without prior approval from our support team.

If a return is approved, return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided through our website chat support.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.


12. International Returns

International customers are subject to the same review and approval process described in this policy.

Custom duties, import taxes, processing fees, and government charges are non-refundable.

Customers remain responsible for any fees imposed by customs authorities unless otherwise required by applicable law.


13. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must arrive in the same condition in which they were received unless the claim relates to a manufacturing defect.

Velo Cycling Store reserves the right to deny any request if returned products:

  • Show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection
  • Are missing original tags
  • Are missing essential components
  • Have been intentionally damaged
  • Do not match the approved return request

14. Important Notice

All returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, store credits, and warranty claims require review and approval by Velo Cycling Store.

No request is automatically approved.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Our team may request additional information before a final decision is made.
